Assistant Coach | JV Head Coach 

Coach Womack is a 1998 grdaute of Ringgold High School where he played baseball and football all four years. He was a member of the 1996 Region Championship Baseball team. He went on to play baseball as an infielder at Chattanooga State from 1998-2001. He then played infield and pitched for Brewton Parker College. He graduated with a degree in business from Bryan College. 

Coach Womack began his career in education at Boynton Elementary School in 2005. He has coached football as an assistant coach at Ringgold Middle School since 2007. He has also been an assistant coach at Ringgold Middle School for the girl's basketball team, which he has done since 2021. He was an assistant coach for the Ringgold Middle School baseball team from 2007 to 2011 and then served as the head coach from 2012 to 2020. He has been an assistant coach for the Ringgold High School baseball team since 2021. 

Coach Womack is married to Brandi and has three children: Jaden, Kylie, and Tre.

Assistant Coach

Coach Lancaster is a Ringgold High School alum, class of 2016. During his time at Ringgold, he was a two-time All-State quarterback and pitcher. He played baseball collegiately at Tennessee Tech, a Division 1 program. While at Tennessee Tech, he was a 4-year letterman in baseball, a 2-time conference champion, 1-time All-Conference team, a 2017 Male Freshman Athlete of The Year, a 2018 NCAA Oxford Regional Champion, and he was a team captain in 2020. He was on the Dean’s list all four years. He was a member of the NCAA Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and was a leader for the FCA team. During his 5th year of school, he was on the coaching staff. He graduated in May 2021 with a degree in Biology and a focus on secondary education. 

He is married to Katie, a Tennessee Tech alum, and they have two dogs. Katie was a four-year letterman for the soccer team and team captain. She was also on the FCA leadership team. She is working on her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy and will graduate from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga in May 2024.

Assistant Coach

Coach Shell pitched for The Mccallie School in Chattanooga, TN, and Sewanee: The University Of The South. During the summer leading into his collegiate senior season, Coach Shell pitched for the Alpharetta Aviators in the Sunbelt Baseball League where he was the primary Closer for the championship winning team.

Coach Shell is in his second year at Ringgold High School. In year one, he helped lead a prolific outfield to a state runner-up finish.

Assistant Coach 

Coach Tucker graduated from Ringgold High School in 2019. After graduation, he played college baseball at Charleston Southern University and the University of North Georgia. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from UNG. While at CSU, Coach Tucker was named Big South Freshman of the Week. 

During his time at Ringgold High School, Coach Tucker was a four-time region champion, three-time first-team all-state left-handed pitcher and outfielder, and the 2019 Catoosa County Pitcher of the Year. 

Coach Tucker holds the record for all-time career shutouts at Ringgold. He is also 2nd all-time in hits (144), 2nd all-time in hits during a single season (55), 4th all-time in pitching wins (25), and 5th all-time in career strikeouts (277).
